However, if you would like access to more of the personalized features on this site such as the wish list, newsletter subscription, or check your quote request status, you will need to create a customer account and provide the required information.

 

Register a Customer Account

If you register for a customer account, we collect the contact information you enter on the customer account sign-up form such as your name, address, phone and email.

For non-retail and commercial customers, we also collect additional business information such as company name and business tax id. We also store the username and password you create and use with your NetechBiomedical.com customer account.

Storing this Customer Account information allows us to remind you of lost account login credentials, and to provide access for you to monitor your customer account at any time to review or update your account information, or check you quotation request, for example.

Quotation Requests

Our Website allows you to request a quotation for one or more of our products.

When you request a quotation from us, you will use the form on our quotation cart page and we will collect all information you submit that is required to process your quotation, such as the products you want to get a quote for, your name, address, phone, and email address. If you already have registered a customer account you can choose to request your quote as a returning customer and then we can reuse some of the information that is connected to your customer account to speed up the quotation request process.

This information we collect for your Quotation Request is required by our staff to provide you with the quotation you requested.

Our lawful basis for processing and storing this personal data for quotation requests is your consent provided when you check off that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy when you submit your quotation request, or when you agreed to our Privacy Policy when you registered your customer account.

You can review the Quotation Request data that you submitted by using the Quotation History link in the footer area of our website.

 

Product Reviews

Our Website allows visitor to submit product reviews. You must create a customer account and login to leave a review. When you leave a review we store the name, review, and rating that you submit with the review form. This information will then be displayed on the product page of the item you reviewed.  

Our lawful basis for processing and storing this data is your consent when you check off that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy when you registered your customer account. Also, when you submit a review you must press “Continue” to complete the process, and at that point you are reminded that “Clicking Continue indicates you have read and accept our Privacy Policy”.

The forms on our website include a Contact form, Find a distributor form, OEM form, Product registration form, Product support form and a RMA request form. We provide links which allow you to obtain CSV formatted copies of the data for the following: GDRP requests, personal information, and saved addresses.

If you have submitted one or more quotation requests we provide a link to a Quotation History page. This page allows you to view, copy or print out any personal data we have collected in connection with your quotation requests.
